Information is used to respond to enquiries, administer commercial relationships, provide access and protect the service. Do not submit player financial information or sensitive personal documents through the public form.

Sessions and service records

The client portal uses essential session cookies. Security, access and integration records support service operation and troubleshooting. The public pages do not set advertising cookies.

Requests about your information

Use the contact form to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Identify the relevant enquiry or account without including passwords or API secrets.

Commercial agreements

Any additional data-processing responsibilities for a contracted integration must be defined in the agreement before live player data is handled.
